this men call me today telling me my loan is prower then i tell him i never ask for a loan his say i have information and then hig up

CALLING AS A LAWSUITE

They call a couple times every few days and never leave a message. Today they left a message stating "if you name is _______ keep listening, if your name is not _________ hang up. If you continue listening we'll consider you are _________". The name they said was not my name so I hung up.

He is calling from the US Justice Dept. my name was given as a referral and I am liable for whatever is going on with the person that provided my name

Caller keeps asking for someone that does not and has never resided at the address given to my home phone number, the call is an automated voice from a collection agency trying to find a person by the name of Brenda Horn.

He said he was a custom's agent, Office Damen Miller, and there was a warrant for my arrest from an 8 yr old purchase from an online pharmacy. He said if I didn't go to Western Union and send $2000 to the DA in Dominican Republic, that US Customs would come arrest, raid my house and face many years in jail. He should be stopped. I read at least 5 other exact same stories.

the number called me while i was in NY at 1130 pm- work out the time difference but it was creepy and i dunno who it was. i had international roaming on so they go thru.
